How this works. Feminism on Paper 2 has four strands: Liberal, Radical, Socialist and Postmodern. The big cross-cutting divide in the spec and the mark schemes is between equality feminists (most feminists across all four strands - humans androgynous, gender socially constructed) and difference feminists (cultural feminism, sub-strand of radical - real essential differences between men and women, feminine traits to be revalued). Use the orange button for a random four-strand pair. Use the white button for the special Equality vs Difference pairing - the divide examiners test in questions on human nature, equality, sex and gender. Pick an area, write what each says, then the differences and similarities. Hints hidden by default. Use Check my work for a quick keyword check. Reveal the model answers when ready.
Differences where the two strands disagree
Write the points of disagreement in your own words. Try to weave the two strands together in each sentence rather than listing them one then the other.
Hint
Similarities where the two strands agree
Even strands that look opposed often share core feminist ground. Find what they have in common.

Quick check
